Skylar and Zachary met us at Trethewey House recently for their Imagine Kids session. Skylar was bright eyed and enthusiastic about having her portrait taken. We had already photographed Zachary as a newborn so it was neat to see how he’s grown into a little man in the last year. Here are a few of our favorites …

Photographing Izabella and Sydney was a bit of a flashback as Izabella looks exactly like her mom, Glenda, did when she was a little girl. I went to elementary school with Glenda and her siblings at Jackson Elementary. The girls were both adorable and Jason took some beautiful photographs of them for their Imagine Kids session using the natural window light at Trethewey House …

He looked very handsome in his cowboy boots and hat and they brought out a 2 week old calf and huge tractor for him to pose with. There was one thing that was guaranteed to make him smile. Can you guess what it was? (Clue: he’s a 5 year old boy.) Here are a few favorites ….

We’ve been looking forward to photographing the three of them together after doing Cruz’s newborn portraits. One portrait of each child from this session will be part of our Imagine art book. Here are a few of our favorites ….

Jason met Ethan, Lauren and Anika at their grandparent’s barn for their Imagine kids portrait session. It was the same barn that their mom had played in as a little girl so there are lots of memories that go along with it. Here are a few of our favorites (minus the ones we’ll be putting in the book of course) …
