photography class on friday

I’ve been talking to several people recently who are deeply disturbed that the colour on their photographs is completely wrong. In the example above, you can see the left photograph has a yellow tinge. The one on the right is the correct colour. This is caused by the different colour that each light source has. You can either fix it by setting your white balance correctly or in post production.

If you’ve had this problem and want to learn how to correct it, you need to sign up for our Manual Settings photography class offered this Friday, January 27th from 7:00 – 9:00. You can find more information and sign up here. As of the time this was posted, there are only two spots available as we limit our class sizes to 12.

We are excited to be a part of the 2012 Total Makeover Contest. Seeing the inner and outer transformation that the contestants go through each year is amazing. There’s something about women setting goals, supporting each other and working hard to achieve their goals that is inspiring. This is Lori, the 2011 winner who lost over 50 lbs!

Congratulations to Nyomi the winner for our Show Your Smile Contest. She will be featured on the cover of the June 2012 edition of WestCoast Families and won a great prize package from Revival Arts, WestCoast Families and Toy Traders.
