arts and architecture : art show next week

Jason is showing some of his artsy photographs next week at a gorgeous, modern home on Eagle Mountain. The wine and cheese opening night is Tuesday, December 7th from 6:00 – 9:00.

We do so much portrait work that it’s a bit of a mind switch to be invited to display art work. We have several pieces ready and are printing up some new ones. Big ones. Janelle will have something new to look at over her desk soon.

Also on display will be abstract artist Sharon Huget‘s amazing collection of pieces that explore the interception of human experience with what is unknown through color and texture.

Providing music at various points during the evening are Kevin Boese and Cathy Hardy. They are excellent musicians who are both about to release solo albums.

The home is absolutely stunning and is currently for sale by David Shieh. It has vaulted ceilings, stunning views and a rooftop patio. *sigh*

If you’re not able to make it to the opening night event, the art will be up during the week and you are welcome to stop in Monday to Saturday, 2 – 4:30pm and Sun, 2 – 4pm.
