aerial dance + acro academy : fraser valley dance school photographers

We spent three great days at Aerial Dance and Acro Academy in Abbotsford doing the year end photography of all their dancers. We were not bored as there was a never ending array of hip hop, ballet, lyrical, acro, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre and tap dancers in colourful and sparkling costumes to pose for us.

It’s always a treat to photograph dancers because we can ask them to “Put your weight on your back leg” and they’ll just do it. Body awareness is a wonderful thing for photographers to work with.
