I photograph weddings, and as of last night, I now also play jazz at weddings!
Last night was our first paid gig as the Bassic Sax Jazz Ensemble. We played at a wedding, actually a vow renewal, in Chilliwack, BC.
The drive out to Chilliwack was beautiful.

The first engagment session of the season. And what a blast! We spent the session hanging out in downtown Fort Langley, BC. The variety of locations in Fort Langley is amazing - we even managed to get some shots in a two foot wide corridor between buildings!
Warren and RaeChelle are engaged to be married on August 5, 2006, in Abbotsford, BC.

I drove to Lake Errock this afternoon to meet with a client about designing their new home - as the original one had caught on fire. It’s quite a sight to see up close, the remains of a house overcome by fire.

Today I had a great photography session for a company called ‘Urban Poling’. Urban Poling provide poles that are specifically designed for walking - sort of like cross-country skiing without the skis. Nordic walking, as it is called, is a sport originating from Finland.
