I recently photographed the new addition to Darcie’s studio - Nicki Wiebe. She’s a fun, talented musician who is teaching 18 month to 3 1/2 yr olds at The Little Brown Music Studio. All images using natural light in our great room/client area.

soother: rest in peace

Filed under personal • Written by Jason @ 5:06 pm

Well, Xander’s soother finally died. And he didn’t take it lightly. It was like his best friend just left him. But he came to terms as he placed it gently in the garbage bin. He’ll do just fine.

baby brown: five months

Filed under baby, personal • Written by Jason @ 10:25 pm

We got some awesome ultrasound shots of Brown#2 the other day. He was kneeing himself in the face, as well as grabbing his foot and yawning excessively. This shot shows his knee in his face with a great facial profile.

Last Thursday was sunny - quite a change from the rainy days we’ve had lately. Xander had a blast outside with some of the neighbor kids.

kids project

Filed under children, commercial, design, headshots, portraits • Written by Jason @ 12:15 am

I photographed 49 kids for a recent project at our church, South Abbotsford Church. They will be displayed as framed 5X7 prints.

For fun, I put all 49 headshots into one collage.
